Gordon (Gord) R. Keatley, B.Sc.,
O.L.S., O.L.I.P.
President of Keatley Surveying Ltd., Gord began working with William J. Keatley
Limited as a summer student in 1987 and worked there until forming Keatley
Surveying Ltd. in 2007. Working full time surveying based in Little
Current since graduating from University of Toronto in 1995, Gord was
commissioned as an Ontario Land Surveyor in January of 2004.
As well as helping you with your legal surveying needs, Gord has produced maps
for local municipalities and other agencies for such purposes as civic addressing
and zoning. Small maps such as that found on the Where
to find us page are also produced for various
functions such as local weddings and events.
William (Bill) J. Keatley, O.L.S.,
O.L.I.P.
President and founder of William J. Keatley
Limited, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership to your
aide.
Bill began working in the surveying field in September of 1958 for the
Department of Highways, Ontario on the bridge over the Spanish River in
Espanola. After that were jobs throughout Ontario and underground
surveying for INCO in 1966.
Bill moved on to private practice cadastral land surveying in the spring of 1967 working for M.R. Maher,
O.L.S. in Sudbury and was commissioned as an Ontario Land Surveyor in 1972.
After working in Sudbury for a short time, Bill opened William J. Keatley
Limited in Little Current on May 1, 1974.
Bill continues to work in the office of Keatley Surveying Ltd. and would be
happy to help.
Tim Phillips
Tim began working for William J. Keatley Limited on a
seasonal basis in 1978. In 1979 Tim returned full time and now works for
Keatley Surveying Ltd.
A former Charter Member of the Institute of Survey Technology of Ontario (now
defunct), Tim participated in various levels of training and seminars recognized
by ISTO through the Party Chief Training seminars.
You will see Tim in the field on a regular basis as he leads our field crew with
30 years of field experience.
